If I press the download button it just opens a new tab and closes again without downloading anything

Hello, are you on android? That sounds like what should happen, when the tab closes, you should see a download pop-up asking you i’f you’d like to save. If this doesn’t happen, can you try again in a different browser? I have tested this in Chrome so far. What browser are you using?
